Pixel Verse LLC provides professional services including but not limited to logo design, website development, book writing, publishing, and digital branding solutions. All services are delivered based on agreed project scope and timelines.
2. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, cooperate during the project, and respond in a timely manner to ensure smooth delivery of services.
3. Payments
All payments must be made in full or as agreed before the start of the project. Pixel Verse LLC reserves the right to pause or cancel services if payments are delayed or incomplete.
4. Revisions
We offer revisions as per the selected package. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
5. Delivery Timeline
Project timelines vary depending on the service. Estimated delivery timelines are shared at the start of each project and may vary based on client responsiveness and project complexity.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of the final approved deliverables created specifically for your project is transferred to the client.
- Pre-existing materials: Any tools, templates, frameworks, or proprietary processes Pixel Verse LLC used to create your deliverables, but which existed before your project, remain the property of Pixel Verse LLC or their original owners.
- Stock assets, fonts, and third-party licenses: Some projects may include licensed stock images, fonts, plugins, or other third-party assets. These remain subject to the license terms of their original provider, and it is the client's responsibility to maintain any license required for continued use beyond what was included in the project.
- AI-generated assets: Where AI tools are used to assist in producing a deliverable, ownership and usage rights are transferred to the client to the same extent as other final deliverables, subject to the terms of the underlying AI tool provider.
- Portfolio use: Pixel Verse LLC reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials. Clients who prefer their project not be used this way may opt out by notifying us in writing before or at project completion.
7. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use our services for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
8. Limitation of Liability
Pixel Verse LLC shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services if there is a breach of these terms or misuse of services.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
